What is Managed Hosting?
Managed Hosting from Egghead Designs is a full featured hosting option for your new Egghead Designed website. In other words, it is like having your own IT department for an incredibly low cost. Basically, after we design and build your new website, we can install it and get everything set up for you. We will keep an eye on things from the back end and if something goes wrong with your site while its under our care, simply contact our tech team and we will do our best to remedy the situation for you at no additional cost.
Managed Hosting also includes free content upgrade/changes with each package. These content changes are generally for making changes to content that already exists on the site. All you do is submit the changes that need to be made, we will assess them and let you know if they can be done as one of the included content changes or not. If they can't, we will give you a "not to exceed" estimate of the changes.
¹ Content Production refers to general web content work including things such as changing text, re-sizing an image, and other basic functions. When requesting work, Egghead Designs will determine what category your requests fall into.
